... spotted near Phoenix along Scottsdale road: rocket launchers! At first sight that's what it appears to be. However, it is simply cactus selling! Apparently, whenever houses are built, the cacti on the grounds have to be saved and therefore some are up for sale. The ones shown were around 1,200$ to 2,000$.
