[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Glen Canyon National Park on the state border of Utah/Arizona.
Having visited four of the Canyonland parks in Utah, Glen Canyon has to be one of my favourites simply because of the Colorado River coupled with the stinging orange rock formation. Glen Canyon, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend and even the Lake Mead in Nevada has a fantastic ocean blue about it.

Just to mention the town of Page is a brilliant hubway to see Glen Canyon, Grand Staircase, Lake Powell, Horsehoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Vermillion Cliffs, Rainbow Bridge, Monument Valley and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

Some slight contrast and saturation in the reds and blues added to image.

When I was a kid I had a friend who would invite me to come along with his family on vacations to Lake Powell. We had so much fun exploring the many, many different side canyons of the lake. I never had a camera with me though. You captured this scene very well with the red rocks sandwiched between blue sky and blue water.
