Photographer’s Note
A friend of mine and I were determined to get good shots of the Grand Canyon that were different than most that you see and very few I see have snow in them or clouds.
The Grand Canyon is at an altitude of several thousand feet and in February is very cold, especially if you sleep in your car overnight in a sleeping bag. The snow melts very quickly in the direct sunlight, so you better be ready to go 30 minutes before the sun gets up.
Anyway, we did it and the pictures from the trip are pretty good. I will post more if people like them.
