The belittled man is located in the upper left corner of the frame.
I just returned from a trip (my first) to Arizona's famous Grand Canyon. I was surprised that it was very cold. We camped out in the snow in 19f/-9c, but the views were worth it.
I found the canyon pretty hard to capture on photography. When one attempts to frame a panorama, it disappears! I kinda like this one because the tiny figure really puts the grandness of the canyon in perspective.
The pic was cropped to get the figure in the corner, but otherwise no PS work.

great shot! and yes the man in the photo does really help set the scale, as well as adding a nice element to the pic. the colors and reds and right on. The reds are impressive and realistic. Just as I remember it..

Beatifully captured. thanks for giving us the human scale of this magnificent Grand Cannon. I've been to Arizona before but this is the place I've missed going. Thanks for sharing. Good exposure, looks real.. Seems am looking into a window on my flat. Good catch!

Fantastic photo. The angle is great and the framing is genial. I love the different layers on the rocks and the added human element.

Muy buenos colores, excelente foco. La figura humana le da un toque a la foto ademas de darnos referencia de la magnitud del Grand Canyon. Impresionante foto.

Panoramas of the sort are hard to render, you did a good job there and yes, the caracter in the left corner does help. Beautiful!

Outstanding photo, Mikkel! The sense of depth and distance is wondrous, and of course the immense scale of the place. I must admit I've never traveled to the Grand Canyon, but more than any other picture I've seen of it, yours puts it on the top of my travel list.

Great composition! Although photos cannot possibly show the vast scale of this natural wonder you have imparted a true sense of it.
