A glimpse across the canyon from Desert View on the south rim of the magnificent Grand Canyon in Arizona, USA. It looks like you could just step down off the edge here and into the canyon below - perhaps not as easy at it looks methinks!

Amazing scenery! It looks like taken from another planet:)Good choice of f/16 for this sharp depth. It is also an excellent overview of this amazing landscape. The tree on the right side adds depth, well done!
Have a nice day/

A glorious view over this natural masterpiece. I like the framing offered by the shrubs with their contrasting tones. Superb lighting as always and wonderful saturated colours. Must look even more amazing full size.

Well, what with my vertigo and my fear of heights, to me it actually looks as though it would be all to easy to step into this canyon - to one's certain demise!
You have a wonderful collection of photographs from this amazing place and you never cease to amaze me with the incredible variety of them. I bet for sure that you're desperate to return again, aren't you?
The light here is wonderful and the amazing vibrancy of colours is stunning. And what a wonderfully interesting and charcterful sky! Spot-on exposure and exquisite details and sharpness as always.

nel corso della tua visita al Grand Canyon hai scattato un numero infinito di foto che proponi periodicamente sempre con ottimo successo.
Non potrebbe essere altrimenti visti i colori della scena, le belle composizioni e la cura del dettaglio più minuto.
Ciao e buona giornata

Hello Brian - Another excellent shot of the canyon. Here you manage to convey the massiveness of the geological feature so convincingly.

As usual, the colors are beautiful! And the composition is, one more time, perfect. The green bush on the right brings a touch of saturated color.

You're catching some amazing light in these Grand Canyon shots. I think so often we see vacation snapshots of the Canyon in the midday sun, so it's nice to be reminded of what it can look like through the lens of a skilled photographer. The framing and wide angle are wonderful, as is the rich depth of color here. Thanks!

Well hello there Mr. T,
What's shakin' bacon? Ahhh, the splendor and raw beauty never ceases to amaze me...from afar anyway, I'm not stepping down off the ledge as you eluded to! :) One step forward, and one fall down...waaaaaay down!
I continue to marvel at the rich coloring you've produced from your pictures here, almost too good to be true. Guess I might just have to make another trip back up North to confirm my own memories. :) I'm really not sure what to say that I haven't already...I absolutely love these! Pure delight for anyone with a camera...or set of eyes. Take it easy B.
Cheers from the Grand Canyon state,

We never have enough of that wonder, do we?
I'd stay there for much longer for that beauty would fill my soul with so much living pleasure!
Always good to have your versions of it!
Sharpness, exposure, colors, horizontal format, chosen pov and composition are all excellent!

A breathtaking view of the Grand Canyon and one I have been lucky enough to see up close and personal. The strange rock formation in the fg looks man-made. At first I thought it was a castle or Pueblo Indian construction. Wonderful warm cold color contrasts and good sharpness. Have a nice weekend!
