This is a picture of the Superstition Mountains just outside Apache Junction, Arizona. Note the odd colors of desert plants of the Sonoran Desert. Greens are all muted and tend to look washed out but that's the way they are.

Hello Giovanni,

Even if I think that the cactus are too much in the middle of the picture, I like this photography because of the nice light, the good sharpness, and the interesting background.

I like a lot these wild landscapes of the American West . A superb composition , here , with the two cactus well placed , and the superb moutains in the BG .

Hello Giovanni - I like this wild, natural landscape. The cacti set the location and look wonderful set against the rugged backdrop. As to the colours of the vegetation, I can relate to what you say - they look similar to those of Namibia. Have a lovely Sunday Rosemary
