Photographer’s Note
While we were anchored off West Brother Island in Frederick Sound, we went for a morning walk on the island at low tide. This is when you get to see all of the creatures that live in the intertidal zone between low and high tides. It's a great place for a macro lens.
Technical: The colors you see here are what I saw. I raised clarity and sharpness in Camera RAW, but I didn't change the WB balance or do any Curves or other shifts.

Hello Dan -
Aren't the tide pools interesting? I have enjoyed looking in the pools to see what you can see. I am amazed at what diversity there is among regions. When we were in Hawaii the last time we found the tide pools to be really lacking in visible life while along the Monterey coast they teem with all sorts of life. Excellent view.
Thank you for sharing.
