Photographer’s Note

entering into the ice cave! (see my previous post for a different view of the ice cave...)

the 'effect' on the left side of this picture is from water that splashed on my lens! I think it came out okay, anyway.

Hello Jennifer,

Very nice image. The colour of the ice look great; just the right amount of oxygen to give it that natural soft blue tone. The kayaker is an excellent focal point here and what a place to navigate into. Thanks for sharing :-)

A very nice + well composed + brightly coloured with good contrast = Perfect picture. I salute your dare to take this type of picture. As an adventurist, I know that in these conditions photography is very risky.

If sharpness will be better then it will be an excellent photo. Congratulations.

Hello,
Very interesting shot. It must be incredible feeling to sail into such ice cave. This effect on the left part of the photo makes this shot really great and eye catching.

This is truly an alternate view. I do like the blue color cast in this image it is almost like having lights behind the wall of ice. Composition is effective and works. Well done.
