Great view of mountain sunset - photo taken just at the right moment.

Not sure if your really needed to include that much sky in the photo. I think some of it could be cropped out.

Odd how even a photo taken with a Zeiss lens needs to be sharpened!

This is a great alpenglow, and the colors around it complement it beautifully. The diagonals move the eye around, but also lead it back to the main peak on the left, the focus of interest. I think the amount of sky is right, too (sorry, Linas).

No color manipulation needed at all. But there looks to be a sailboat on the edge of the water; if you select just for that, it might be nice to bring it out just a tiny bit more so it can be easily seen. Don't overdo it or it will look faked. Seeing it adds a sense of scale.

But with or without the sailboat, a great shot!

The way the light has turned the snow-caps pink is stunning. Especially with the different blue tones either side. Good heavy constrasts of the water to had a choppy atmosphere.

When I saw this image I though you had done some PP and saturated the colors of the image, but I see from your note that these are natural colors. Impressive! That almost violet sky is gorgeous. You got that perfect moment in which the mountains were beautifully delineated by the light, half in shadows, half still bright with white-pink colors. Nice captured!!!

Hi Hakan,
Amaing view, atmosphere, light and colours. I feel such a peace and quietness in it... No need to say that I find that stripe of sunset on the top of the snowed mountain and all that blue absolutely gorgeous. Although the sky is part of its charm, maybe a crop in it would render the compo even more effective.

Olá Hakan, most incredible light effect on this amazing scenery. It seems that the blue hour here is quite late in April. The quality is impressive and I think it would give a great one for a big poster on the wall...although most of your work in TL gives the same impression - you could do a calendar...

The manner in which you've captured these peaks, the two lines out of sinc by half a wavelength evokes visions of resonant frequencies. What magnifience coloration. Of course, the scan is top quality.

Yeah, Velvia always makes my scans go purple too! It's really worked in your favour here though, the colours work well.
I like the simplicity of your composition, with good use of the horizontal layers in the scene.
Most of all though, it's those four peaks bathed in alpenglow that give this shot it's impact - beautiful.

I think this is one of the nicest alpenglow shots I've seen. I like the subtle glow and the way it seems to extend to the sky. I like the way the shades of blue and pink seem almost to meld together, the detail is excellenr as usual.
