Photographer’s Note
This natural arrangement of rocks reminded me of what one might see in a Japanese garden.
There are miles of beautiful rocky beaches like this one on Alaska's Kenai Peninsula.

Hi Ken, Good composition, nice patterns, good DOF, and beautiful subject choice. Maybe a slight increase to contrast levels would improve. Thanks for posting! Regards, Linda

i like the rythm formed by these semi hidden rocks somehow it reminds me of the rythm of the crashing waves each diferent but alike in nadture. although i love the ocean i would be tempted to crop it out here to give full attention to the beautiful rocks emerging from the sand, and letting your viewres imagine what is beyond the rocks.
beautifully captured with rreally good details and the black and white is a genial choice

This is a marvelous study of stones on the beach, creating a pattern that is interesting. This is the kind of thing that I try to find almost every time I go to the beach, and yet I always end up with boring shots. After looking at some of your shots, I think I have to get wider and lower, like you do. Great work Ken!

Hi Ken, very nice picture of the beach
I like the angle, the way you put the stones on the frame make our eyes trailing from foregroud to the far behind nicely
the tonal range of BW tones also excellent

Nice shot Ken & Well titled.
I like the low profile/ wide angle of this scene. The black and white casting a lunar feel to this sand.
Nicely done!
