Photographer’s Note
Homer Alaska, known as the Halibut fishing capital, is situated on the Homer Spit. This the the terminus of the western most highway in America. Fishing is king here for most visitors, but for me, it's about the view.
One of the funnier questions I recieve about the name Homer Spit is people think of the spit as in saliva, not as in a geological feature.

I agree with thien about the grass but it's part of the shot and you set it up that way so you must like it. I'm of the same mind about foreground "stuff", sometimes it's acceptable and works. For me it works here but might have been a "tad" better without the middle blade. Well done.

The view is great but that darn grass blade in the middle just keep calling my attention to it.

Darn, I cannot rate a workshop by the original photographer but the workshop works great. My mind can flow to the mountains now.
