Photographer’s Note
Dall sheep beating the heat in Denali National Park.
I find pictures often do not convey the full feeling of a shot. This is one of those cases. The slope here is such that most people could manage only with some assistance. If you look closely at the sheep fore and to your left, notice the position of it's legs and feet. See what I mean?

I like the way the standing sheep on the right looks as though he is trying to hide his face from the camera.

J'aime bien la lumière frisante sur les rochers.
On dirait que le mouflon en haut à droite essaye de pousser le roc avec sa tête ; j'aimerai pas être en dessous.
Very good picture.

Nice shot, I love pictures of wild animals. Lucky guy to have had the opportunity to get these one on a picture. I saw that you had a powerfull zoom to get this picture, I just wondered before seeing that if you also had sheep legs to get so close.

Very nice photo. On my monitor the steepness of the grade is quite evident. When I first saw the picture I couldn't help but wonder how they even got up there or why. But then, those rock perches must be pretty much in demand for those sheep.
The one on the left looks like he knows what you're up to. ;-)
