Photographer’s Note
This image was taken near Polychrome Valley in Denali National Park. Unfortunately, I don't kow the name of the peak that is featured. We had a five minute break on the return bus trip, and I scrambled out to catch a few quick shots.
We missed the peak Fall colors by about a week, but the landscape was stunning nonetheless. I thought the clouds gave some good atmosphere, even though you cannot see the full extent of the mountains.
