Okay, time for me to take a nap....
Seriously, though, sunsets have been done and done and done. This offers me nothing new- it doesn't even feel like a travel photo. If the tree was sharper, if the colors extended a bit farther from the sun... if the entire shot was a bit lighter (seems underexposed)... well, it'd still just be another sunset. Not that I don't occassionally shoot sunsets, and not that my shots are much more interesting, just that there isn't much of anything here to grab me.

It's a nice sunset, using the tree on the left to frame the sun works well.

I'd try cropping off some of the top and right. I don't think that the branches on the right add anything to the shot. Also suggest you play with increasing the contrast, make it a bit richer.

(I don't think adding a tag to a picture ever helps it's look. Kind of like printing the date on your shots. If someone wants to steal your photo they'll just clone out the mark.)

I like the soft colours and the tormented sky... The only less attractive element is that branch on the right.
