Photographer’s Note
I just returned Sunday from a trip home. I guess I've become so accustomed to the weather here in South Carolina, I didn't realize spring hadn't quite made it that far north yet. Very few flowers aside from daffodils and crocus had started blooming yet and it was typical spring weather most of my stay. Rain, clouds, gray. On the one nice day, I managed a few shots. I took this from my car. Why they have carriage rides around my hometown is a puzzle to me, but I suppose people enjoy them. What I found amusing in this shot was the cell phone in the pocket of his overalls. Those kind of jeans are a very common sight back home. I love overalls. He was pretty bundled up, so it must be kind of chilly riding around on an open carriage.

Formidable portrait, dear Shelly. The best POV, and usually clear picture. That remember me, as a child I loved very much the films about wild west (my favorites was Indians). Here we have a very simpathic boy. Thanks to you. Warms regards,

Hi Shelly,
I had no doubt that you were an excellent photographer, but after I see this excellent photo taken from your car, on the fly, with the rioting mob in the back seat, I am more impressed than ever. How you can keep up the pace with your schedule is quite amazing! I will toast your amazing abilities with a gin and tonic (have you ever thought about becoming a juggler?). Excellent!

Hi Shelly,
Very nice capture of bygone days except for the cell phone and the bottled water. The dark horse looks very well appointed with his bright red rigging that contrast nicely with the white carriage.

Hi Dearest friend
Very interesting western scene.
The man with a nice natural expression looks like the film/Tv actor Brian Dennehy (Cocoon, Rambo I ).
I have done just for fun a simple WS.
Sincères amitiés.

Hi Shelly Well composed and very clear. The man looks a real character for sure. Good practice with the 200 zoom lens, i'm looking at one of those. TFS. Murray.

Hi Shelly
Cette bonne prise,TRES belle, aurait mérité d'étre un peu moins centré.Le sujet principal et net, mais pas le cheval.Mauvaise focale!mini;10 ou 11
