Photographer’s Note
When I find something interesting to take pictures of, I take lots and lots and LOTS of shots. Different light, different angles, closer, farther away, different camera settings. This is another of my shots of those winter berries back home. I liked the first one I posted because of the bit of sun I caught in the corner of it. I like this one because of the sky spots behind it and the way the light catches some of the berries. Hope you enjoy it.

this is an excellent macro. Sharp with lovely bold colours and I too like those blue spots. A very pleasing posting.

Hi Shelly
I like this too. The soft BG and the blue colour compliment the red in the berries. The light on the berries is really nice and I like the one berry has shrivelled up.

Hi Shelly! The combination of diaphragm of/speed F3,6 /T640 they gave small depth of level. Have focus in the center the blue BG and partially berries they are except focus, This brought and some effect that is interest. Good contrast I greet you

HI Shelly
They look yummy and attractive against that dark background but the birds just don't seem to go for them.
I like how you managed to get the center so sharp while blurring the others, that aperture paid off.
Nice job

Hello Shelly,
honestly I prefer this one to the previous one. The reason? The blue background is ideal to make the berries stand out, and blue/red is always a winning couple. Furthemore the number and disposition of the fruits is better here. And yes, you are right the light is different. A good composition and a fine image.
Best greetings,
Donato
