Photographer’s Note
While visiting the Greenbottom Wildlife Management Area, I spied this strange plant. There weren't a lot of them, but the ones I saw sure did appeal to bees and butterflies. This one was (groan) CRAWLING with them. :)) Now, how many bugs do you see on this plant? Hint - One is harder to find than the others.
(There are actually 3 bees and a butterfly. The third bee is in the bottom right corner, and you can just make out the shadowed silhouette)

How much money do I get for the answer 'three?' This is such a strange plant but very nice too. Great job! Very nice color. TFS and have a happy day!

Hello Shelly
The plant is very detailed as well as the insects on it. Vivid colours too! I especially like the blue butterfly. I count two bumblebees and one butterfly. Very good work!
Best regards
Denis!

Hi Shelly
A unique plant indeed and even more so is to see bees and a butterfly together. Well seen.

Hi Shelly,
Though strange is seems to be very familar to these bees and butterflys.
This beautiful macro gives us a very clear look at the hard working bees while the pastel butterfly contrast beautifully with the muted green background.

Bonjour Shelly,
une fleur qui a vraiment beaucoup de succès et pas seulement pour les insectes, mais aussi pour nos yeux.
Excellente technique pour ce plan rapproché, des couleurs et des lumières sensationnelles.
Un excellent week-end.
Daniel.

Hello Shelly,
I have not been on site so often these days and so I am ashamed to say have missed this one.I like this one for its soft colours and that you have managed to capture threee hungry creatures.Love the pretty blue butterfly especially, as it adds a counterpoint in terms of colour.A good POV assists in the composition.
best regards,
Bev
