Photographer’s Note
This is the New River Gorge River located in West Virginia. A picture I posted earlier shows the bridge spanning the river here. Since 1978, this area has been part of the National Park Service. It is a northernly flowing river, which is fairly uncommon. The area around it is great for camping, whitewater rafting, and hiking.

Amber, this is a scene that I think very much conveys the aura of New River. The hazy air and the rafts in the river are certainly representative of what one will see if they visit during warmer months.

What a wonderful job you've done capturing the beauty of my home state!! New River Gorge is one of the most breathtaking places to visit and your POV is just excellent. I appreciate the mistiness of it, because that's how it really looks. Great job!! TFS, Shelly.
