I took this picture in Galveston harbour, Galveston is a city located on Galveston Island on the Gulf Coast in the U.S. I was walking around and I saw this.....

simple, but very impressive and genial composition.
Great contrast between the chimney (in perfect position), and the blue sky.

Nice capture. I like the moon overthere and the good contrast between the chimney color and soft blue sky. And the outside border with the same sky color was a great option.

muy hermoso el contraste entre lo color rojo de la chimenea y el cielo tan azul, buena la manera que hiciste este marco, buen detalle la luna. dentro de alguns dias postaré una imagen de la luna en uruguay tambien

Splendid simplistic shot. Very nice colours and lighting. Perfect sharpness you could see every brick of the chimney. Almost temptating to count them. TFS and have a nice weekend!

"Menos es más", ¿te suena?
Pues ese minimalismo aplicado a esta toma da un resultado especialmente atractivo, su sencillez le da una gran fuerza visual y un excelente grafismo.
Tuviste una gran idea, el encuadre ligeramente descentrado y la contraposición de la chimenea bajo la luz cálida del atardecer con la luna en el cielo están perfectos.
Un trabajo sencilalmente genial, felicidades.

Pues yo tambien hubiera hecho el mismo gesto que tu , osea foto. Minimalista y sencilla pero siempre efectiva aunque preferiría la luna llena y mas brillante.
Si me permites te diria que yo le hubiera aplicado marco negro y añadido un efecto de viñeta y hubiera recortado cielo por arriba .Bueno he hecho un WS rapido para ver como quedaba.
