Photographer’s Note
This picture is taken in my university campus. It was a cloudy day, and it was almost raining. After hours later, the sky became great, but the stormy weather was still here, leaving the small spot of light on these buildings. I PP a little bit such as adjusting color balance, cloud definition enhancement, sharpening, and framing. Hope you like it.
Did I convince you enough that my university is pretty?

Hi Sothy,
This looks not like university as we have them here. For me this looks like modern appartement block with a shopping mall on the left ;-)
Whatever, your picture is good enough to jusity a posting. The patterns on the street create a nice depth, but best part is the light which strikes the building and the deeper blue sky on top...i like that part a lot.
Have a nice weekend, Henk

Sothy,
Very nice shot of a pretty college campus. Your composition is fine showing the buildings and courtyard from an angle that allow us to see nice depth and detail. The lighting and colors are great but I think the shot could be sharper with a greater DOF. It looks as if you had plenty of light to shoot with a high f-stop (around f/11) to create a larger DOF which would place more of the shot in crisp focus.

Asa

Hello my friend,
great perspective, looks like a chess table with pawns.
Very interesting POV, and great perspective leading the eye to explore the whole picture smoothly and focus to the light,
The weather smiled on you, Pretty university indeed ;)

Ciao Sothy,
yes, your university is pretty, in typical american style. In Italy, the most of the university are in ancient building, because they was born many century ago and aren't spaciouses like your. The compo is very good and the dark sky too.
I posted a little ws, is only an experiment, your pic is perfect. Tell me about it.
Ciao
Paolo.

Hello Sothy
Une belle réalisation avec de bons contrastes et de bons détails malgré ces zones d'ombres et de lumières. De très bonnes couleurs et une compo avec une bonne profondeur.
Du bon travail

Hi Sothy,
Amazing light! And very nice POV. The pattern of the floor is very interesting and the POV gives it a lot of depth, leading our eyes to the left, culminating on that tower. The walkers contribute to this effect also and give a nice touch of life.
You had already given plenty of photographic arguments for liking your university.
Have a nice weekend.
Regards, José.

Hello Sothy,
This campus definitely look pretty. The architecture and the nice pattern of the floor are very catchy. Good details and colours even under this semi cloudy sky. Your point of view is also very effective to show us an excellent shot of this place. Thanks :-)
