Photographer’s Note

Believe me or not, this is the dish I cooked. So delicious :) Since I come to America, I am really attracted to their beef BBQ. Awesome taste. I love it. But the thing is I do not really like the taste of the sauces they put in. So I blend the taste by my own with Cambodian/Chinese sauces...commonly put in are lemon, black pepper, fish suace, salt, and a little bit of soy sauce. Yummy. I hope you like it too.

Pleasant composition, maybe I'd prefer a wider DOF...

i beleive you- most asian men do cook! i do, too!
and now i am getting hungry by mere looking at this; i am drooling. i like the details of the foto- would have been more appealing on a larger image tho.
