This is quite the beautiful setting for a capital building. I love all the different shades of red and orange on the trees. The blue sky complements them well, and that passing jet is a nice touch.

i really like the pov here. it's very interesting. it gives the building a grand feeling to it. that plane in the top corner gives me mixed feelings. it distracts me from looking at the building, but also gives me something to look at in that corner. well done!

Very nicely, diagonally composed image. I like best the colors of autumn - each tree coloured with a different paint... plus well saturated color of the sky. Nice place!

I would guess that fall is the best time of year to take a photo of this place,maybe the only time.Last fall,I tooka week off,a photo week for the colors,I find this period so magnificient with its explosion of colors.
An upward view,at 90o to the sun,best angle for the polariser to get the best color and contrast.
A jet stream as a bonus
