The composition is good, the neutral density is right, but the tree isn't necessary and I think that concentrating on the pattern of the waterfalls without much of the banks could have done a better job.

Lovely, as so many American scenes, with the magic colours. Slow shutter speed blurrs water just enough. Maybe the tree could have been a bit more to the left.
