Photographer’s Note
Saturday morning at Shelby Farms, Memphis biggest park, which has it's own Patriot Lake. Small local sailing club is about to start it's "racing" season. While everybody taking their time to prepare and launch the boats, this "weekend warrior" arrived earlier to practice, anxious to "get to the business" after long break. After all, they had 5 or 6 boats altogether, which was quite a view for a small lake. Unfortunately it was well after 11:02 am...
Just for the record: it was sunny, about +16C, light wind 7-9 mph. The spring is almost here and some trees already blooming.
Any advices or workshops on how to improve this dull pic will be appreciated.

Well, I'm giving you a smiley for getting a picture from here in Memphis! I didn't know about the project until after it was over, but I'm glad someone got to it... and just a mile or so from my house. Good choice on location.
I'll try to see if what I can do about a ws for the dull finish (we didn't get the best of times for lighting - at noon!)

Thanks for sharing, Ilia.
I can understand that "weekend warrior", I'm waiting with impatience to awake my kajak from its "winter-sleep".
One on the water, the others by the preparations - well captured.
