I like the POV with the reflection of the bridge structure in the water, but overall the photo is just too dark and the lighting on the right too blurry to be a great photo. I would rework this photo just a bit using Adobe Photoshop or Elements. Crop the one really bright light on the right side, and then adjust the mid-tone contrast to bring out more of the branch, then perhaps increase the green saturation and sharpen a bit. It will make a nice idea and a good POV into a great photo.
