Another shot from Riverbanks Zoo. I loved the bright colors of this one's feathers and the way he seemed to be trying to get someone to spring him...:))) Like, "Hey, hey you, over there. C'mere a minute."...LOL

I posted a photo of a prison and you posted a photo of a prisoner! What a case of convergence!

He must have been very close to the bars in order to get both them and him in focus, an unusual effect and one very hard to achieve. His bright eye is in exactly the right spot (rule of thirds and all that) and bokeh takes care of the background distraction to make a photo that makes me smile.

Helo Shelly!Animals in captivity asking the freedom? Thus I believe shout help but only their portraits we make I am sad when him I even see in prisons golden being him I do not tolerate! It can have in the free nature better psychology

Hello Shelly,

This is a fine little fellow, he looks like aging and wise!
The plumage has been captured with fine details, and the bird gives a fine pose showing his best side...
The bars add a bit of drama to the situation..!
