Photographer’s Note

This is my favorite visitor to my bird feeders. I made the suet cakes myself to attract them and I believe they work. There have been all kinds of birds eating them. (Except my blue birds, of course...LOL) This was taken yesterday and it was raining when I awoke and raining when I went to sleep. But today!! Oh, it's a beautiful day! Hope yours is as nice as this!!

a beautifully captured beautiful bird. It's a real stunner. And that hair colour, around here the kids would pay good money at the hairdressers to get that!.Sharp, perfectly composed and nice colours in the blurred BG. You really are a versatile photographer.

Bonjour, ma bonne amie Shelly,
Qu'il est beau cet oiseau de toutes les couleurs ! photographier un oiseau n'est pas facile. Les volatiles sont craintifs et le moindre bruit les fait s'envoler. Bien sûr, l'attrait de la nourriture y est certainement pour beaucoup, mais force est de constater que la prise de vue est très réussie.

Another super sharp image of this beautiful little bird. Very nicely done. My only comment would be to clone out that leaf. It's just light enough to distract the eye from the bird.

Nice catch of the woody woodpecker, the subject is sharp.
Our frien Jean Charles have made a good WS.
You should use an apperture at f/3 to give a selective setting to have a natural blurr on the background.
