Hello Hugh.
Quite interesting shot. I would have liked that you included the technical details (EXIF) of the photo.
There are some problems though, while let's say i understand the noise in the photo and accept it as an effect, i cannot accept though that the subject is out of focus.
But maybe that comes with the fact that you are using an 18-55mm . Interesting combination you chose though, D200 with 18-55mm is like having a Mercedes but with the engine of Trabant :)
