My 2 cents: I would have either focused on her face and immediate surroundings, or have her part of a bigger picture, with some strong counterpoint. Interesting setting, but for me there are too many elements competing for attendion here. I understand, though, that you wanted to render a complete picture of the atmosphere. One way in which it looks better for me is to crop the top, removing the shabby ceiling.
