This was taken at the memorial for the Oklahoma City Bombing. There were several of these with all the names of the people that died that day.
This is just a portion of one.

the picture does radiate sadness, daniel. i agree that the frame is well selected for your message. i also agree with the approach you have chosen for the focus for the names of the victims: with the left side being out of focus while the right side comes in sharp and clear. the effect is the names are marching towards the viewer becoming sharper and more prominent. at the same time, this approach creates a feeling of "uneasiness" since the viewer cannot read "in the normal fashion" (for us, latin letter readers). i find, this feeling matches the context well here, making the viewer stop again. and think...

p.s. probably i would have attempted to frame this fofo so there would be no "letterless" space at all (like in the bottom left corner).

p.p.s. i wish for a picture like this we would not have to use smileys to rate it...

A well done and also inspired image with this wall of names, I much like this monochromatic image and its perspective, the view is right as the POV, well done Daniel, a good different approach to this sad theme, compliments.

Hi Daniel,

Very good shot! Super composition and great choice of sharpness in the middle part of it. Simple idea, good frame and these colours creat very good effect.

Hi Daniel, as an image yes I like it but I would preffer nobody has an opportunity to capture something like this.
The letters, the letter lines work effective from the point you shot it.
