Oklahoma is notorious for having some of the most impressive storms. This day was no different. We had so much rain that day, that it was hard not to wonder if you might float away! ;) After the storm I looked outside and called our kids to the window to see something I hadn't seen since I was a kid in California. At the ages of 6, 5 (twins), & 3, there aren't many "firsts" anymore, so I was very excited to be able to show them this one!
Outside there was a beautiful double rainbow that started just behind our shop, faded at the peak of the arch, then came back down to the ground.
This is a two part picture, but you'll have to wait until tomorrow for me to upload the second one.
I played around with the software that came with my camera to clean it up a bit, but I think it still needs more work. Seems to still be "grainy". |

Hi Jeanine,
Double rainbows are always great. Maybe if the shop was cropped out more, so the focus is more on the rainbow, it might bring it out more.
I had to do the same with a double rainbow that I captured, a not so exciting house boggled the shot. BUT it was a double bow, so I had to get it. I'll share it too. ;0)
TFS,
p.s. there will be lots of "1st" to come with the kids. ;-)
