By taking the back roads, as opposed to the interstate highways, it is more likely to find gems like this along the way. The Bartlett Grain Company is still is business but not at this location where they appear to be nice enough allow their grain elevator stand as long as possble. It does seem to be a favorite among photographers, as I was able to find several photos of this building on the internet.
Boise City is located in the Oklahoma panhandle where Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas and of course Oklahoma are all very close together.

Excellent high definition and contrast monochrome of the historical ruin of a grain factory from our past. Decaying but still standing with a dramatic storm cloud backdrop.

I`m not a big fan of this partial treatment but I do admire your mono effect.
