Photographer’s Note
Ice storms can be very pretty, but also very destructive. This storm in 2002 resulted in many downed trees which caused widespread power outages, crushed cars and major roof damage. In the central area of North Carolina, we probably have more ice storms than snow. Hopefully, this year we won’t have a major one.
(Sorry for the poor quality. The picture was taken with my first digital camera- a 1meg Kodak DC3200.)

Hi Randy,
Beautiful picture! Such a great contrast between green and white and the blue sky. I like the colors here and composition on this whoto with wooden house is really good. Great shot, BRAVO!
With BEST regards,
Arthur
PS: Merry Christmas to you and your family!

Hallo Randy,
THIS result of the icestorm is only nice: Blue sky and sparkling trees, but I can imagine the rest. The current weather forecast for Germany: On Christmas frost and snow! I'm looking forward!
Thank you for showing - and once more - Happy Christmas!
