[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Sunset, Gulfport Mississipi. The damage from Hurricane Katrina, more than two years ago, is still quite visible. This has not prevented the furious rebuilding of enormous casinos along the shoreline. They await the next storm.

Taken with my new Pentax K10D digital SLR. Quite a camera, although the stock zoom lens is only adequate. Luckily I can use all my old Pentax lenses as well.

Hi, friend!
It is very nice photo with long perspective. Good colours and light. I like your idea and conception. Well done.
Marek

Nice shot with the colors of a beach that has always been a little icky even before Katrina although I did enjoy some picnics at that time of day that you took this shot. Very nice, tfs.

Wonderful crop and compostion. Beautiful depth. I love the soft ripples adding great quality to the photo. TFS.
