Photographer’s Note

The Center of Hurricane Katrina passed through my town at 1:00 with winds exceeding 120mph. Many roads were blocked, here I was trying to get to my grandmother's house over a week after the storm hit and I still could not drive all the way there because of trees blocking the roadways still.

You have an impressive series of picture about the dammages caused by Katrina. I hope things are getting back to normal now, and that you and your family and friends have not suffered too much...

This is not a subject that calls for technical advice, I'll just mention the black bar you forgot to crop on the right! Anyhow your pictures are really interesting to show us daily life after Katrina. Thank you and good luck with everything.
