A fine close up. The short DOF is fine, it is almost like a good portrait. Your low angle is alos fine and like how you put it of center. Just one little thing, as the outlet sort of gives the hydrant a direction I think it would look better if it were of center to the left giving room on the outlet side.

Fine composition and lovely colourful main object here, Vladimir! :-) The DOF of course is very good as well as the sharpness. The textures of the hydrant are nicely outlined, especially the rusty stand. Very well done!
