Photographer’s Note

Nothing really spectacular about this picture. I wanted to try and get some lightning shots and this was the best I got. I kindof like how the bolt looks like it is about to hit the house in the background. I used a tripod and placed shutter on bulb. Kept playing with it until I got a decent exposure.

What great luck being able to capture such a moment! It is hard to shoot a moving target let alone an unpredictable one!

Nice photo and yes it is a SPECTACULAR subject!

That's a kind of shot I want to try someday. The lightining is clear and sharp, as the whole photo. It's tilted, though. You could have corrected it by software afterwards. But it's a nice shot anyway.

Striking shot, great timing. This is one shot which I would like to try someday. The colors are nice and you have captured the lightning amazingly. The glare on the street lights add to the beauty of the picture. TFS.

First of all let me talk about this picture, because I know how dificult it is, since I have some lightnings already posted as well!
Very good exposition, showing nice details in the foreground and also a nice depth. This images always impress me!
