| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Sarah's Creek runs through the extreme NE Georgia mountains. There are primitive camping spots and toilets available. Networks of trails comb this area.
This particular spot is tucked away. Just behind me is a small but spectacular waterfall and pool. This is the calm before the storm. |

Hi Laura
You must have trekked a bit to reach this place and find this pov. The view looks so natural and undisturbed. Shooting nature scene like this is always a rewarding experience.

Hi, Laura,
this is beautiful. Nice soft lighting, peaceful easy mood. The creek leads in nicely and I love the way the fallen log splits it into parts with that daigonal line. Very pretty shot. Many thanks and kindest regards,
Shelly
Laura
your photography is very good, with a good eye for composition. This photo has all the important technical qualities - correct exposure, appropriate sharpening and so on, but the reason its a winner is because of the composition - long tree trunks in the horizontal and vertical making an eye catching structure. Well done.
