Messer House at Mission St. Luis, Tallahassee, Florida.
James Messer acquired part of San Luis in the 1920s and in 1938 began constructing the main house that now serves as the Visitor Center. The State of Florida acquired the Messer House and 50 acres of land in 1983.
RAW, CS3 BW blue filter infared conversion, levels, curves, toning.

good picture, I like the atmosphere you captured, it's a little scary.... the B&W effect works good, You did a great work with your new camera, well done!

Hi Tim,
I like the pp work and the POV, but I'm a little distracted by the house being tilted to the right. I know it's that pesky lens distortion from that Sigma, but I would have had to straighten it out.
I have that lens, too, and love the distortion until I hate it, if you know what I mean...

You have created a superb mood here. Did you intend the house to lean a bit for effect? I think I would have tried to straighten it a bit. Sorry I'm an accountant things have to be straight and balanced Ha! Ha!
