Photographer’s Note
It's not nature. The cuban knight anole is not a natural species. He's not a pet, because he lives outside and will give a nasty bite if you try to tame him.
This is through my dirty kitchen window, where he spends a couple of hours most days. I can't get to him outside because of the bouganvillea is all over the place.
This is the largest and fiercest of the anoles. They have huge mouths with little razor teeth, and will eat anything that fits in their mouths. The males, which this one is, are extremely territorial and will not tolerate another male around them.

Hi Farah,
An interesting picture and, for my very personal taste, with all the ingredients for becoming a great picture.
The animal is stupendous. It looks like it could talk. I know you talk to him. I like it a lot, as well as the back- foreground combination.
What I don't like so much is the frame and the leaves.
Nonetheless, greater than the last... 1000 pictures?
I think I could venture a workshop.
Have fun
