Photographer's Note
As my 500th submission to TE I present something that is not as it seems.
A resident of the Naples Zoo, this young male tiger appears to be growling and angry. However, he had just been fed, he found a great spot in the afternoon sun to rest, and this is the very end of a yawn.
Canon 70-200mm f2.8 zoom with 2x teleconverter.

Hi Gregory,
Very timely photo, and thanks for the note too. I would have sworn this was a very angry creature, not only the teeth, but the whole expression, and the eyes too. Really really nice capture, and many congratulations on post 500.
All the best
Noel
