Photographer’s Note
Mount Dora is situated in Lake County, a county that has 1400 named lakes, and its elevation of 184 feet above sea level qualifies it as a Mount in the State of Florida. It is not many feet short of the highest point in Florida. It is a lovely town with plenty of nice shops and restaurants, as well as many original old buildings which have been successfully restored.
