Photographer's Note
Another one from yesterday morning's fog.
This pier is behind a little mom and pop motel along the south bank of the Caloosahatchee River and just east of downtown Fort Myers. I was hoping for another foggy morning today but it didn't happen. There were some other locations I had picked out but they will have to wait.

Nice high contrast image with just enough reflection in the calm water. Well cropped and composed.

Piers are definitively a good photo subject.
Here, I like a lot we are not able to see the frontier between the water and the sky, having a smooth uniform light blue background.
The crop toward a panoramic frame is giving a well balanced composition.
