[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This a photo i shot at a jazz festival i attended in Fla. in April this musician
played with such force such intensity and power i could'nt resist taking a close shot of his facial expression you can almost hear him playing now and yes it was a very good concert.

Great photo Richard! I can really see the effort and the emotion this guy is putting into his music. Excellent colors and textures as well.

Well done. Yes intensity there is, and good DOF on your part. I like the blown out white shirt, it reflects the weather conditions which would be a bright sunny and hot day. Hot hot hot which goes well with jazz jazz jazz.

A fine portrait and very intense. I just find the big blown out whit shirt a bit distracting even if the shoulder convey some information about his pose.

I love this. In fact I always love it when someone does something with PASSION! You captured the passion of this situation very nicely.
I also like the WS from Ebbe it makes the shot more strongly focused on the face and cropping like that takes out the over exposed jacket.

it is the first photograph reporting jazz, i see on TE. very good & intense expression of the saxophonist. Hope it's not free-jazz O:)
