Image was converted to LAB color and the A and B Channel Made steeper. It was then sharpened in the Luminosity Channel, converted back to RGB and saturation added to the cyan and the yellow.

I often skip past the sunset shots - they get samey after a bit - either that or I get jealous of the good ones.
This one has fantastic colours, perfect lighting.
As someone else said, the position of the sun is good, too.
