This was taken at the pier in Daytona beach fla,these little guys were for sale by a local vendor here...i thought the colors were a neat back drop for the little guy..took the shot just as he raised his head out of the water...hope you like ...feel free to leave a comment

This is a great photo! The colours are beautiful and the overall composition is very nice. Well-spotted for sure! It looks almost surreal.

Hello Kevin.
This is a good composition. The colors really make this shot attractive. Although they, in themselves, are common colors, you rarely see them in photos. The pastels...it reminds me of Easter. Odd I know, but it seems as though I would find this scene after barreling down my grandmothers steps those early Sunday mornings. It also helps that I love turtles...I will stop traffic on the beltway around DC to rescue a turtle.
