Photographer’s Note
While on the terrace of Village A at Georgetown University overlooking the Potomac River and Northern VA on the other side, I heard the *whoop-whoop* of a helicopter rotor, and saw the presidential chopper fly by.
I wonder if Obama were taking his children for a ride.
