When I've planned my trip to the capital of USA, I wanted to see the main objects of the American and the world politic life only.
No.1 of my trip list in Washington is the White House.
Special thanks to Bulent Atalay for his support of my plans.

Cet homme n'est que la pointe de l'iceberg. Il n'est pas le seul à assurer la protection du président.Dommage pour le ciel et la luminosité qui ne coopèrent pas vraiment.

Washington is such an incredible place, and your capture of one of its best known icons here is excellent. I love that you managed to capture this man like this in the frame, especially as he is so central in the frame, it looks perfectly natural. He does not look very happy though!
All the best

haha, the title is good and intriguing to learn more about the picture:)certainly,he´s not Obama.
But your idea for this shot juxtaposing the White House with the security guard was brilliant to achieve original and funny result.
Also your composition, the central POV and black frame around the image make the scene more expressive and help you to enhance the essence of the scene.
Have a nice day

It's great that you were able to explore Washington, DC. This view of the White House has that extra something, with the security guard standing in front. I actually like the cloudy sky - white house, white sky. ;-)

No, you can be assured that he is not Obama, they would not let him out on his own, let alone in the middle of the street. Nice, sharp photo and the top of the White House has beed spared being washed out.

I learn so much at TE. In the past, I would have waited for a long time for this man to walk away so I could have a foto of the White House. But you show us that it is more interesting to have this shot -- the White House and a fine image of one of its guards. Well done!
