Photographer’s Note

On the way to Las Vegas we had to transit in Washington. After going through all the hassle of immigration, collecting our bags, taking them to customs only to discover that the immigration officer had forgotten to return our customs declaration, running back to get it, going through customs and putting our bags back on a belt, it was a pleasant surprise to find an interesting photographic subject in the domestic terminal.

En route pour Las Vegas, nous avons transité par Washington. Après toute la chamaillerie du passage par l'immigration, récuperer nos bagages, nous présenter à la douane pour découvrir que l'agent d'immigration avait oublié nous retourner la déclaration de douane, courrir pour la récuperer, passer par la douane et remettre nos bagages, c'était une agréable surprise de découvrir un sujet intéressant à photographier dans le terminal domestique.

Salut Nikki, c'est pas mal ça, en tout cas une chance que tu ai trouvé le temps de prendre en photo ce sujet compte tenu de tes pérégrinations douanières !
Ca me fait penser à un jeu d'éveil pour ma p'tite fille ;-)

... and after all this you needed a pause ... taking a picture to breathe through. We always loose things during this procedure, this time it was a rain jacket. We had to change the airplane in Denver which means you have to clear your luggage and check in again if you know what I mean, do customs and do the security again. We were firmly running through the terminal to catch the flight to Salt Lake City :))) Flying now in little aircrafts, in the private sector buildings, like we do when we fly Cessnas, is another brand new story. They have reached what they wanted with 9/11. Nothing but new rules. Great shot this one. Love it. Wonder how you always find THESE things. Best regards from Zurich, Barbara.

J'aime beaucoup les couleurs, le cadrage avec ces lignes en fuite et en feu, la texture avec le brillant des reflets... un beau choc visuel et graphiquement, c'est tout à fait réussi. Bravo!

espectacular grafismo en esta toma con un encuadre muy bien escogido. La geometría de las líneas de este muro de vidrio, y los colores que se reflejan sobre él, son fantásticas.
