It looks a very poor place. Interesting picture. It describes well the place, with the figure at focus and the buildings out of focus but still visible.

welcome to Trekearth. Very good shot to begin. I like the diagonal view of the buildings and the man and his shopping cart are in an excellent spot. It looks poor and gritty and could be a third world country. Very well seen and captured. Many thanks and kind regards,

Technically it has obvious flaws: sharpness, focus, crop needed, etc. But what triked me was the discrepancy between the slogan and the misery shown: if this was not cold reality for many here in the USA, I would laugh. The scene is well observed.
